Sammamish Realty is a great team!
We wanted to go with someone that was familiar with the Sammamish area, and Scott & Kim definitely fit the bill. From the very beginning thru closing, they were there to guide and assist where needed. Scott brought the expertise on the pricing/market and the logistics of the process itself. Kim did a great job with the staging, making us wonder if we really wanted to move! I would point out it was the attention to details from both Scott and Kim that made the difference.
All the preparation paid off within the 1st weekend, as the house sold for over listing, as predicted!

Scott and Kim make a fantastic team! Each of them bring expertise that made an absolutely stress free pre-list process. Straight forward and respectful, the negotiation was clear and professional without pressure. Being longtime Sammamish residents, we appreciated the thoughtfulness that Scott and Kim showed from months before the listing until well after the closing. Scott and Kim from Sammamish Realty were fantastic to work with and got us the best price we could ever imagine for our home. From the moment we first met with them they were prepared and educated about our home and realistic about what we needed to do to get it ready to sell. Scott and Kim were instrumental in helping us prepare our house for sale (they paid thousands $ upfront) - from landscaping to staging they were there every step of the way. Once our house went on the market the negotiation process was easy and quick, plus we sold for $200k over ask!!!
Communication was always prompt and honest. We couldn’t recommend Scott and Kim more. If we were staying in Washington state we would use them for every purchase and sale of any home we have in the future.
When you're going to sell a house there are lots of broker and agent options to pick from and the process is very stressful. Scott and Kim were on vacation when we reached out to them about putting our house on the market in early December 2020. They not only did research from their vacation spot, but passed up on an opportunity to extend their stay to come back and assist us with our home sale!
They walked us through the process, helped us to prep our home for a weekend showing and our house was sold 2 1/2 days later with too many offers to count and for well over asking price. While some of this is attributed to the hot market, most of it can be attributed to Scott and Kim's efforts. Scott is excellent at pricing a home to attract the maximum number of buyers and managed the process of sorting through all of the offers to highlight the ones to spend most time considering.
They lived up to their original statement that they could have us relocated by the end of December through their tireless work!

I cannot recommend Sammamish Realty enough!!! I knew I wanted this firm to sell my home after seeing all the local signs around town with their name on a SOLD sign. We decided to put our family home of 11 years on the market at one of the busiest times of the year for most people, right between the Thanksgiving and the Christmas holidays.
We were under a tight deadline to relocate. To make matters worse, I was working practically around the clock in a busy hospital and had little time for planning.
Scott, Kim and Jamie Bobson went to work immediately, going above and beyond. They called in their professional crew of painters, handymen, etc. to get our home in top shape. Kim personally staged our home, bringing in items to place for the perfect touch. Kim and her daughter, Jamie actually packed a good deal of my things in boxes for me!!! I know for a fact that I would not have met the deadline without the Bobson’s working tirelessly to show the home in the best light possible.
Scott is a genius in determining what to price our home at to maximize profit and interest. Our home sold in 5 (FIVE) days with multiple offers. We settled on $65,000 over asking price!!! Unbelievable!

Not only is Scott a highly ethical professional, but he is an expert at pricing and preparing a house for the best sales outcome. Kim’s specialty is marketing and staging. We handed the house over to them a week ago to project manage the usual various and sundry things that need to be done to put a house on the market. They have brought all of their networks and resources to bear to getting the house ready, while we romped off to our new apartment and to go work as usual, and happily left every detail in their hands.
If you ever decide to sell your home, especially if you don’t want to deal with the cleaning, handyman stuff, or any details about prepping the house….and if you want to get a great price and know that you are in excellent hands… you should keep Scott & Kim Bobson in mind!

Our experience with Sammamish Realty was excellent, from start to close. The reason we chose them was because of their long experience and knowledge of the local real estate market. They also have a good deal of knowledge about the mortgage process, which was very helpful to us as we had many questions while trying to buy and sell a house at the same time. Because our house was on the lower end of the market, we wanted an agent that would give our house the same attention as a more expensive one, and that they did. Their advice was spot on, and I feel they extracted the maximum value for us from our house and helped us avoid any pitfalls during the process.
